 Tracer (and the Renogy rebrands) refer to the **Absorption stage as "boost"**.  This is an unforced error; the nonstandard term confuses newcomers and conflicts with the already-existing "[[electrical:solar:charge_controller#mppt|MPPT boost]]" term.
