People who are not nomadic have a fixed place to live, usually a house or apartment.

Nomads may not be at home or have a home but must, for legal purpose

Financial institutions (investment companies, possibly credit card issuers and banks) apparently use a blacklist to identify mail forwarders, UPS stores, etc. There is a way to satisfy these institutions:
