Ongoing medication is not necesarily a disqualifier.  

  * Folks who need refrigerated meds like insulin can use [[food:refrigeration|12v compressor fridges]] to keep meds cold. [[electrical:12v:intro|Power systems]] can run CPAP quite well.
  * Folks who need frequent refills can have meds shipped to the closest post office and pick it up as [[lifestyle:packages|General Delivery]], or pick them up at walmart or other branch pharmacy.
  * medication is often much cheaper across the border in Mexico of Canada

  * medical/dental services are often much cheaper outside the US
